Terms of use and refund policy

1. The product

MaskFX is a Windows program that adds face effects to OBS Studio. MaskFX Free is provided at no cost with the limits shown on our website. MaskFX Pro is a licence purchased with a one-time payment.

2. Licence

MaskFX Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the software on one computer at a time. You can move the licence to another computer by deactivating it in the app first. You may not share, resell or publish licence keys, or reverse engineer the software to bypass the licence check. We may disable keys that are shared or obtained through chargebacks or fraud.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your licence key is sent by email after purchase.

4. Refunds

If MaskFX does not work on your setup, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. To request a refund, write to support@insignialabs.app.

5. Third-party products

MaskFX is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., OBS Project, NVIDIA or any other third party. World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. The optional MaskFXBridge addon is free and open source (MIT licence).

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it is free of errors or compatible with every setup, and, to the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for platform rules of the services where you stream.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
